Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us at contact@beyondbite.in.
- Once an order has been delivered, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
- Customers are required to provide accurate delivery details. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the order. Orders canceled due to incorrect information provided by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

- Payments made through our website are securely processed by Razorpay. We do not store any sensitive payment details. Razorpay is responsible for the secure handling of payment data as per their privacy policy.
Shipping and Delivery Policy

- Orders are processed and shipped on the weekend following the placement of the order. For example, an order placed on a Tuesday will be shipped on the subsequent weekend.
- Shipping charges, where applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available during special promotions or on certain orders, as specified on the website.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate. Beyond Bite is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or issues resulting from incorrect information.
- If a delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient’s unavailability or incorrect address, additional charges may apply for redelivery or the order may be canceled, with no refund provided.
- Once an order is delivered to the correct address, no returns or refunds will be processed, in accordance with our cancellation and refund policy.
