- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to make an advance payment of 20% of the total payable amount before shipping. This advance payment is non-refundable, in line with our Cancellation and Refund policy.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Customers may request order cancellations within 1 hour of placement by contacting us at contact@beyondbite.in. After this period, orders will be processed and cannot be canceled.
- Once an order has been delivered, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be entertained under any circumstances to maintain product quality and hygiene.
- Customers must ensure that the delivery details provided are accurate and complete. If an order is canceled due to incorrect or incomplete information, it will not be eligible for a refund.
- All online transactions and refunds are securely processed through the Razorpay payment gateway.
- If a refund is applicable, 20% of the total payable amount will be deducted to cover payment gateway fees, applicable taxes, handling, and cancellation charges. If already paid, a refund of 80% of the transaction amount will be processed.
- If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 5-8 working days, subject to the standard policies of the payment gateway.

- At checkout, customers may see the name Umesh Sonawane associated with the Razorpay payment gateway. This is due to our current business registration status. Rest assured, this is the official account used for processing Beyond Bite transactions, and all payments are securely managed.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

- We strive to process and ship all orders within the same week of placement. However, in rare cases, delays may occur due to operational challenges or courier service unavailability. Customers will be promptly informed in such instances.
- Orders within Nashik are fulfilled directly by the Beyond Bite team. While we make every effort to offer 24-hour delivery, this service is subject to availability and operational feasibility.
- Orders outside Nashik are shipped via third-party courier services. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional charges may apply as per the courier provider's policies.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available during promotional periods or for select orders, as specified on the website.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Beyond Bite cannot be held liable for delays, cancellations, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, additional charges may apply for reattempting delivery. If the order is canceled due to these reasons, no refund will be provided.
- Once an order is delivered to the address provided by the customer, it is considered final, and no returns or refunds will be processed, in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
